So I think it will be self selecting like it is for the law school
BYU's acceptance rate is about 45% for the law school, but it only receives about half the applications of other leading schools because the applicants are self-selecting. Many don't want to attend a religious school so they choose not to. It doesn't stop BYU from having a top law school though. I'm assuming it will be the same way for the medical school.
