Except, they are not fine at all. This is the most depressed/anxious generation
that we've ever had. And while "causation" is terribly tricky in social research, the best available evidence provides a very strong indication that smartphones and social media are a leading contributor.
Whether one believes that connection or not, what is undeniable is that kids these days are not fine ... the objective data shows they clearly are not.
