Who? That's Kalani's responsibility. Not cougarboard. The buck

stops with Kalani. He's responsible for Everything. Yes. EVERYTHING. He's paid the big bucks to hire the right people, hold them accountable & replace them if they don't perform.

He's also responsible for recruiting, discipline & setting the CULTURE for the program.

"Lack of money & resources" doesn't hold up. Kalani is responsible for making due with what he's given. Instead of hiring family/friends & those He's worked with in the past he should find the next young ambitious coach.
