It's not micromanaging for the leader in charge to ensure high job performance

by those directly under him in an organization. Kalani is personally responsible for regularly checking and evaluating that his 10 assistant coaches are completing all aspects of their job at a high level. If he's not doing so, that's a sign of either gross negligence or critical incompetence.
