Maybe it's a bit nitpicky but he really hasn't been promoted to OC at any point

And maybe that's by his own choice but it's kinda a red flag for me. Plus I look at the teams he coached and when and his run at Michigan coincided with some just brutal offenses, some of the worst that program has ever produced.

It's not a horrible resume but it's not exactly an impressive one either.
