I'm not one to be highly critical of KS as a coach, but the KSL article
on Brayden Keim and talk from Conner Pay about his brother's recruitment, all under Darrell Funk, raises a question on how a head coach could be so oblivious to the problems the offensive line were having last season. It appeared to me that he didn't quickly assess how miserable of a job Funk was doing.

"Keim's run-block rating, according to PFF, was 55.9 last season, which is an area where BYU's offensive front, as a whole, struggled considerably."

Wow. That's pretty bad. We'd had such successful OL coaches in the past, but KS's hiring of DF was far from one of them.
