“Some” leverage is the key word there. The best employees will have some

leverage, of course, but they will rarely if ever have more leverage than owners. And it stinks for them because someone else is having a major say in their future. I know, because I’ve been in that boat, as most of us have. It’s why I’m not in that boat anymore.
