Business owners in the US with like 3% unemployment (2% or 1% for many types of jobs) do not have all

the power. In the past where there was high unemployment or little ability to transfer jobs maybe, but the average employee in tech for example leave voluntarily and switch jobs every couple years. IMO the employees in engineering have had far more power than the employers for the last 15 years. Same thing in finance and sometimes sales.
