Yep. I actually believe that a healthy org requires regular pruning that doesn't

happen through performance management. This cut sucks extra because it's paired with another in Oct for me and accounts for 25% of my onshore staff. Moving work offshore, naturally. I was opposed to the size of the move, but ended up on the losing side of a compromise position
