As an employer, who works with many other small biz owners, that’s not my

my experience. We work with hundreds of dental businesses as clients so I have discussions with practice owners every single work day and what you’re saying doesn’t match at all what I’ve heard or experienced.

While there are undoubtedly some jerk businesses owners my experience has been that they are far from the majority.
