I can agree that it has gone too far, but I can also think having the ability to get paid is better than the stories of kids at big universities being unable to afford a decent meal after all the work they put in to the game. All while the universities rake in tens to hundreds of millions of dollars.

I still think there should be a "salary cap" of sorts. But it is unclear to me how CB can be so incredibly capitalist about darn near everything except when it comes to the value of a kids hard work in college that provides entertainment and contributes to a multi-billion dollar industry.
