He's now at 296 pounds! Down 8.5 lbs from last week. 4.6 fat, 2.4 muscle, and 1.5 of water. He is super thrilled to be below 300. He couldn't have cared less about any of his weight loss up until this point. Now that he's hit a major milestone, he's setting smaller milestones. 274 lbs, 249 lbs, 224 lbs are next.
His nutritionist says he's WAY ahead of schedule and actually mandated a cheat meal. He says he's been craving a burger and fries, so I guess that's what he'll have.
He's still at 35 minute weekday rides and he's been doing his 5Ks at around 54 minutes. We'll probably do a flat section of the Jordan River Trail on Saturday and save doing part of the course in Payson/Benjamin for later. His butt still hurts on the seat, but it's getting a little bit better.
