That is the part those stats typically fail to take into consideration. So with bigger homes comes a larger payment. Starter homes are meant to be smaller, just that many don't want to start with a starter so they feel slighted.

That's not counting weekends. 52 wks of 5 days/wk = 260 - 185 = 75 fewer days / 5 = 15 weeks < 4mos.
