You absolutely have to be able to make efficient decisions and be willing to adapt and change as you go and be a master of managing a classroom of kids going through their most awkward stages in life.

Imagine how hard of a time you have with your one hypothetical teenager. Now times that by 32 four times a day. You are essentially responsible for the mental, social, and intellectual well being and working on getting them to live up their potential in various aspects of their lives and trying to get them to achieve and learn things that a lot of them simply defiantly don't want to.

Each kid brings their problems into the classroom every day and sometimes it's just too much for them to handle and everything is just overwhelming. Those are the hardest days. But when that same kid goes from the lowest of lows to seeing actual success for the first time in their life it changes everything. It's amazing to witness. But those moments aren't cheap and there is a lot of heartache and struggle to get there. But it's worth it.
