I just want to go on record (again) that I'm not trying to deflect blame from
the O to the D in this game. The O doesn't really have much to do with my argument (I guess other than the fact that the law of averages will say that at some point the O is going to have a subpar game) and the O played horribly in the game.

BYU's offensive impotence was the biggest problem that game. They had plenty of chances and squandered most of them

BYU averaged less than 2 points per drive for their other 9 drives. That ain't getting it done against anyone
