Assume there is a university called Loyola university. It has high admission standards. A nationally recognized athletic program. Notable alumni around the country.

It’s name has no location qualifier. It’s just called Loyola university. It is well known.

Then there’s another university in a different place. It’s name is Loyola Marymount university. It has no athletic program. No one has ever heard of it. It has (significantly) no admission criteria. Etc.

That would be a better analogy.
