My father's work was just the opposite of your father

your father apparently had a great job that most Americans didn't have. When we worked in the past, we had to work and didn't have the chance to spend hours on the internet while at work. Just look at CB posting during work hours as opposed to off hours for partial evidence of that.

Studies show that people live better lives now with easier jobs, than in the past. Society for multiple reasons is much better now. I am mostly retired and I'm glad that is the case.
