Went to the book store before the game and put the bag of rain gear under the bleacher. Storm started while I was in the store. My rain gear ended up soaked as the bag filled up with water. So the inside and outside of the rain gear was totally soaked. Moral to the story, don't leave your rain gear out in the rain...
