The power went out and the elevator I was in stopped between floors. It only lasted a few seconds, but I thought for sure I would miss the game stuck in the elevator. The hotel had a plethora of Texas fans in it. Very confident group before the game-- very shell shocked group afterward. What a great night to be a Cougar. I took my youngest son, who was 10, to the game-- his first time at LES. He was indignant that the Texas fans could be in our same hotel. He never doubted that we would win the game. Needless to say, he is now even more of a BYU fan. What a great night.
