When all teams have the same record, SOS is the same as SOR.

So the in-conf SOS is the same as in conf-SOR. To be fair I may be wrong on this since I’m not sure whether SOR considers margin of victory, but either way they would be very similar measures.

Either way, how would you explain that non-conf SOR would get the teams with the best resumes into the CCG better than using overall SOR? I don’t see how that could possibly be true?

I could see going SOR overall but just non conf makes no sense in determining a conf title. Maybe by CFP rank?

The committee is also in charge of putting teams in the CFP. That’s their main task. Best way to get our two highest
