I mean, the guy has obviously made some really good investments in the past, but he's had some big missteps lately, and I can't see how one could point to his handling of Twitter as a sign of business acumen. It has been a disaster by almost any measure.
BTW, I'm not against your premise. David Graeber's book "On Bull***t Jobs" has some great thoughts on this measure, and I don't think it would be a horrible thing to start thinking about a shorter work week in some cases.
