It's awesome. Most teachers have options in districts to make 5-10k+ more if they will do a little extra or seek out the money without adding really anything crazy to their plate.

That's not counting weekends. 52 wks of 5 days/wk = 260 - 185 = 75 fewer days / 5 = 15 weeks < 4mos.
