couple years and it's become harder to bank on the growth we say the last couple decades. If we don't get back to the 5% plus growth rates and inflation going back to normal, retirement is going to be a major challenge for most people.

That's not counting weekends. 52 wks of 5 days/wk = 260 - 185 = 75 fewer days / 5 = 15 weeks < 4mos.
