It is difficult to change philosophy on offense when it has been working fairly
well and playing to BYU's strengths over the last 8 years. You can't just change mid-stream very easily.
I'm assuming you are chiding me for acting like I know better than Rose. But in the end Rose realized we needed to do more of that as the season wore on. With a guard lineup of KC, Fischer, and Emery he probably thought we could continue to be guard centric, but realized that wasn't going to work 5-8 games into the season.
