That budget is very low, which is fine
But you are going to need to get something 4-5 years old. My recommendation would be to go to a golf store with a simulator and hit used clubs in the simulator.And choose the one you hit best.

Obviously the best answer whenever buying a driver is to go and get fit and buy the driver,/shaft combo that fits you best. But that would be anywhere from $400-800, dd pending in the driver model.

As someone that plays only twice a year, I think, just going to a place that has used clubs and hitting them is your best option.
