I haven't read the book for 5 years or so, but just a few off the top of my head:

- Joseph Smith marrying other men's wives (without the husbands permission).
- Joseph Smith marrying 14 year olds
- Joseph Smith having 33+ wives
- Joseph Smith using peep stones in a hat to translate the BOM (not the Urim and Thumim)
etc.

All of the above are corroborated by Richard Bushman and other active LDS histortians.
