Make sure the teens bring warm clothes, lots of layers, and multiple sleeping
bags plus blankets. Plus bring an extra few yourself. Do a check when you leave, do not take their word for it.
If someone is cold you will fill obligated to keep them warm by sharing and you will be cold.
Also, building a large tepee if not near snow that you can put all the boys in with a small fire in the middle is a great option as well.
