Oh yeah, sure have. The other advisor in teachers with me use to be the scout

Master. He had a really scary moment back then with a young man that got hypothermia.

I grew up in Davis county and we did a lot of winter camp outs, we all made it back safe and had a lot of fun. Had the greatest scout leaders who seemed very prepared.

That’s only if the ground is warm. Earth is a heat sink. You want a cot with insulated pad on the cot.

The pad you use under you will matter as much as having adequate sleeping bag, etc. Make sure it's thick, or double it
