Or double up on two cheap foam ones from Walmart. You'll lose a lot of heat to the ground and sleeping bags aren't great at preventing that.

That’s only if the ground is warm. Earth is a heat sink. You want a cot with insulated pad on the cot.

The pad you use under you will matter as much as having adequate sleeping bag, etc. Make sure it's thick, or double it
