A lot of money is flowing into Kansas and Texas Tech right now
Texas Tech is having a phenomenal recruiting year right now... Kansas has a ton of booster support as well.
My top 3 would be that... Colorado, Texas Tech and Kansas.
BYU has the ability to absolutely take over everyone, but BYU does more to restrict itself and that alone will prevent us from every achieving more.
