Colorado (If Deion sticks around) and BYU. Both have NCs. TCU has a NC
appearance and could if they get to a few more semi-finals in the next few years. KSU and OSU have potential. To do it, a team would either have to win the CFP and/or make a few semi-final/final appearances over a few year span.
