During that same time period, you rarely ever heard anything out of Eugene. It seems like Nike money brought them to the forefront, so maybe it is possible. I just kind of doubt it.

Other than "possibly" those two, I just don't see teams growing toward being a "blue blood" that haven't already been one for several decades.
