It just felt more like 2 facemasks banging against each other and not 1 being the brunt force of the hit. I mean if we really want to get nitpicky, Skattaboo probably should have been called for targetting several times because several times he used the crown of his helmet to purposely initiate contact.

I didn't think that in this instance, the helmet was used purposely to initiate contact... it was facemask to facemask.

There was a lot more gray area on the hit by the ASU DB on the Texas WR when ASU intercepted the pass... That felt more 50/50 than the hit on the ASU WR.
