How is that not forcible contact?
Should he have to stop, crouch, and launch himself into his face for it to be forcible contact?
Have we lost our common sense?
The defender's 10-yard sprint-to-point-of-contact was all one motion.

This is why the victim was lying on the ground afterward unable to move...

This health consequence is the very reason the rules were created in the first place - for safety.
