"lead" with the helmet? He met him face-to-face with his helmet -

So does this mean I can slam a defenseless guy in the air at top speed, front helmet to front helmet (if that's what it was) and it's not targeting?
One of the sub-lines of that rule indicates that if he's helpless you simply can't hit him in the head, and targeting has been called repeatedly when it was a forearm or an elbow.
