non-existent. If I leave on vacation, my work has to get done and others are then pulled from their areas to do mine. Now if that vacation is short such as a week or two then all good, but a 3 month leave would be very difficult on those around me and my employer. It’s not about if they don’t want me when I come back, but if you can take 12 weeks off then I question if your company needs you at all. You seem to be too replaceable and that your work can be easily transferred to others.
