of a child. It’s a guy. It’s my 3rd guy on my team to have this benefit. I’d take it as well. It’s a tremendous benefit. Every time I see it I think it’s also not logical and too generous.
I think week or two would be more than kind. But you’d be foolish not to take it. I also don’t think this impacts employees wanting to work here. I think it’s just a pleasant surprise. No one has ever asked me in an interview what they get in time off for having a kid.
