Both those stadiums were built using concrete and rebar which can be replaced in sections
LES is made of lightweight steel that rusts and corrodes over time. You can’t patch or replace sections easily. It has the same issues Aloha stadium had except Aloha rusted out in half the time due to the tropical weather.
