Still a great facility.
There are things you just do (especially when donors are willing to pay) to update your facilities to not only last another 50 years but to just look better, provide a better game experience, make you attractive to other conference expansion as your team hopefully also excels.
A new, state of the art press box, booster lounges, breeze ways, corporate boxes/seating, other alternative viewing/solializing areas, 2-3 decks to make the mountain views even more incredible, better bathroom layouts/access, better concessions/vendor placement/access, etc.
So much that can be done.
TCU's stadium is unbelievably cool IMO. And only seats 46,000.
Texas has class rooms in their stadium, a hall of fame, enormous restaurant-like meeting areas.
There is a ton that can be done to help add to the experience, stay in the top 25 in facilities, and also even grow the school itself as additional space/enrollment is needed.
