Won’t work
The soil those stands sit on isn’t stable. Hence why they are made of lightweight steel. To have everything they want they will need to build the structures out of concrete which means the soil needs to be stabilized with stone columns and pile rods. The stadium doesn’t comply with current seismic codes. Tearing down and rebuilding would take too much time.

I don't really care. Wouldn't be my money. And having a sick stadium is more than just 6 games a year.
