It doesn't. But that wasn't my experience. And your assessment of your work

doesn't really matter. One employee stated that she was getting all her work done. She had two 1 star google reviews in 6 months. I have had zero 1 star google reviews in 25 years outside of those. In the office other people see and hear your customer interactions.
