She's off meds for ADHD. Sounds like she needs to get on meds for depression. Perhaps even mood stabilizers to stem the
Suicidal Ideation.
Therapy with a Psychiatrist would be a big help. It's $300, and insurance may not cover it, but genetic testing to see which drugs work well or NOT well for her is also a strong suggestion.
FWIW, you're not alone. I've got a 15 year old daughter, last one at home, going through the same thing right now.
