Here’s the deal
It’s a journey of ups and downs and when you have an off-few months it’s not back to square one. Muscle memory kicks in. That being said, consistency and training hard while prioritizing recovery is key. It takes years. Be patient. Creatine, upping your protein past 130g, and vitamin D with turkestrone are pretty good supplements and dietary guidelines.
