Belboz Intervention Needed
I didn't weigh too much more than that then I gained 20 pounds in 6 months
of weight lifting.

After 6 months, I injured my elbows after showing off on a kiddy climbing wall. I was 50 years old and suddenly in incredible shape. I raced guys in their 20s up the wall and beat them. I overdid it. Hours later, both of my elbows were sore. The pain lasted about 6 months and I lost about 10 pounds in that time. I stopped lifting completely.

that was about 4 years ago.

I started back up after that 6 month intermission, but I've been more careful about what I eat now. I absolutely do not want to bulk up. Being thin is too important to me. My shirts were much tighter around my shoulders, arms, and chest back then, and that was fun, I guess. Regardless, I think being lighter is better for me. I'm still bigger than I was before I ever did any weight lifting, but I'm at a much more psychologically comfortable 150 pounds now. That's about 10 pounds less than where I was previously.
