Cancer testing is horrible, I'm interested to know why pet scans in particular are the worst scans for you. I would have thought MRIs to be much worse- That's usually the report I get from my patients.
What is it you don't like about the pet? The radiation exposure? The injection? The waiting period between the injection and the scan? The bore diameter of the scanner? The temperature in the room? The length of time of the scan? The waiting period between the scan and getting the results?
I'm legitimately interested because your insight could help me make the scan more pleasant for my patients.
