regret decisions. One of the hardest decisions is cutting Seniors or sometimes Juniors. Having team chemistry is huge and often times Seniors that don't play cause problems especially their parents. I have had both situations where it was a problem and also a blessing so every situation is different. Try to put your thoughts in her shoes. It's a lot more complicated sitting in the coaches shoes than most think. I've never been around a coach that likes to cut kids. Me and my staff sit down with every kid and tell them why we cut them.
