If the Scalley messages were revealed today, would Utah still go forward?

What has changed between then and now to think there is a statute of limitations for the use of racist language? Why was what he did historically wrong at one point in the future but not at another? Especially when everything in his life has taught him it was wrong.

I don’t really care. I just like watching the cognitive dissonance of Utes.
