No one belittles the 2020 team so let’s not make that claim
It was full of a lot of talent and would do good any normal year.
People just asterisk that season for obvious reasons…the schedule was easy. It’s not debatable. With the normal schedule would BYU have been a 1 loss team, probably not but definitely top 25 imo.
Biggest beneficiaries of that amazing year were Kalani, ARod, and Zach Wilson and they all capitalized in it. Good for them.
That momentum for all 3 is completely gone unfortunately. We’ll see if it can be turned around but it will be very hard imo.
