At a corporate level, IHC sucks. At a caregiver level - nurses, etc. 5-stars
14-15 hours every three weeks I am around a team of nurses at Utah Valley Medical Center. I could not ask for any better than those amazing women.
But over the last 30 years I have observed University of Utah be more charitable than Intermountain. However, I think IHC might have written off $160 of my annual $240 Medicare co-pay, but that might have been a marketing decision since my treatments are about $550,000 per year.
