VC, PE companies getting involved and buying up practices. It's almost impossible to have your own practice now. You have to join a large group. And then when that group gets the VC firms involved, now the docs, nurses, etc. are given longer hours with no pay increase, more bureaucracy, and inevitably worse patient care. The American health system is a great example of fake capitalism.
